The Gospel at Home is a special moment to deepen our understanding of Jesus’ teachings, fostering harmony and a higher purpose in our lives.
By dedicating time to study and reflection, we can create a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere within our homes.
Quick Guide
1. Choose a Day and Time:
Pick a fixed day and time to hold the meeting that works best for you. You can participate alone or invite family members, roommates, or visitors to join. Children are welcome to be part of this experience.
2. Prepare Water:
Set aside a glass (or glasses) of water to drink at the end of the meeting.
3. Begin with a Prayer:
Start with a simple and spontaneous prayer to open the gathering and prepare your hearts for reflection.
4. Read a Passage:
Select a passage from The Gospel According to Spiritism. You may:
5. Reflect and Share:
After the reading, take a moment to reflect and share brief comments on the passage. Discuss how the moral teachings can be applied to everyday situations. Encourage all participants to share their thoughts.
6. Close with Gratitude:
Conclude the meeting with a prayer, expressing gratitude to God, Jesus, and the good spirits for their support. You may also ask for blessings to energize the water.
7. Keep It Simple:
The entire gathering should take no longer than 30 minutes.
Important Note:
The Gospel at Home is not a mediumistic meeting. It is a simple, uplifting gathering focused on moral and spiritual enlightenment.

Join Our Online Meetings
The Allan Kardec Spiritist Centre of London, ON hosts weekly online Gospel at Home meetings every Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:00 PM.
